Traditional Pole Marquees

Our pole marquees are deservedly gaining a reputation for their breathtaking elegance and contemporary design.

The secret of our pole marquee's design is its taut fabric, like the surface of a drum, achieved through high tension wratchet guys, tall apexes and a slight swoop between the centre poles.

Some advantages of Pole Marquees
1. The great height of a pole marquee is not only visually impressive, but it allows for warm summer air to rise comfortably well above guest circulation space.
2. For many, the traditional effect of a marquee supported only by centre poles is integral to the experience of an outdoor summer event.
3. Our pole marquees are 40ft width, which allows them, when extended, to cater for considerably larger events.
4. Unlike frame marquees, pole marquees can look very handsome without roof linings, which allows for a major saving.

The lining that we supply for pole marquees (if required) is what we call ‘partial lining’, designed to allow strips of view into the high sweep of the marquee itself, while retaining the formal feel. We do this because otherwise the particularly impressive design of the marquee would be obscured and the effect reduced. There is also the option to have full wall lining and no roof lining, which also works well.

Our pole marquees are 40ft wide and can be extended in 20ft incrememnts (40x40, 40x60, 40x80 etc) up to 40x140ft.
